Do I need a complete collab idea?

No. Feel free to introduce yourself and explore what you might enjoy doing together. Getting to know someone can be just as good a starting point as a concrete plan for a livestream or content shoot. You can also send a direct message for a relaxed first conversation.

What should I write in my request?

Briefly introduce yourself and describe your idea or why you would like to connect. If you already have a plan, mention the collab type, approximate region and possible dates. Leave room for the other model’s wishes and ideas. A request is an invitation to talk.

How do I send a collab request?

Open “Discover models” and select “Request a collab” on the model’s card. Briefly describe your idea under “Your idea”, then select “Send request”. You can write up to 800 characters. Your request then appears under “collab requests”.

What is the difference between a message and a collab request?

Messages are for direct conversations. A collab request appears separately under “collab requests” and can be accepted or declined. You do not need an accepted request to message an approved model. Each section has its own notifications.

Where can I find my requests and what do the status details mean?

Under “collab requests”, you can see requests you have sent and received. “Pending” means the recipient has not accepted or declined yet. “Accepted” and “Declined” show their decision. For pending requests you receive, select “Accept” or “Decline”.

What happens if a request is accepted?

Select “Open messages” to talk directly and discuss your ideas. An accepted request is a good start, but it is not a commitment to a particular collab. Discuss what you both enjoy, what works for you and where your boundaries lie.

What if someone declines or does not reply?

Respect the other model’s decision and give them time and space. Not every idea works for everyone, and nobody owes an explanation. Do not repeatedly send requests or messages to try to get a yes. StripCollab offers plenty of opportunities to meet new people.

What can I do if someone does not respect my boundaries?

You do not have to continue a conversation. Use the model card to block the contact or report the profile with a brief description. Treat each other with respect and consideration so this remains a relaxed, welcoming space for everyone.
